I have a 1999 F250 Crew with 175000 miles on her. I am gettin a crazy vibration when i am in four wheel drive... like the front U-joints are about to blow....When i disengage the transfer case but still have the hubs locked i still get a vibration but it is milder than when it is under power... what else could be shot???

Sounds like either the drive shaft u-joints, or the axle u-joints. They would be the easiest to check. Then, if they all seem tight with no extra play, then maybe there is something wrong in the differential.
