Shackle angle?

I think Idio meant to say the shackle should tilt forward about 40* . . . as in the spring eye should be farther back than the shackle bracket. If you tilt it backwards it won't flex worth a damn and you'll have a terribly rough ride with poor articulation.

errrr, yes, i was thinking angles backwards just like Ivan said, the leaf hole should be farther back than the frame hole.
although i think you got this answered on pirate earlier ahaha am i right?
