The 351w went roller compatible in 93 1/2, you would see F4TE stamped on the block as part of the casting number. These engines still used flat tappet camshafts.
The only F4TE 351w engines I know of that came from the factory with an actual roller camshaft, were the 97 f-250's.
The first generation lightnings had F4TE blocks but flat tappet camshafts as well.
