Any one know what years ford use the tfi disturbutor. Also what years were the 351w "roller". Also anyone know the specks on a roller 351w.

The TFI module began appearing around 84 and remained through the end of production in 96. In 92 the module was moved from the distributor to the inner fender on the driver's side to reduce heat related failure of the module. Sometimes referred to as the ICM as well.

As to the year and inception of the roller cam 351, I'm not sure.
