ARB front bumper vs. deer?
I personally don't like the kangaroo catcher look on my truck. But I'm open-minded and want to know why everyone wants ARB on their front bumper. Does anyone have any first hand knowledge of how these things actually fair under impact from a deer? Here in Missouri deer dashing across the road is a serious issue. I probably see about 50 or so each year. I have avoided them so far, but odds are good I'll hit one some day.
I just wonder if money in a kangaroo catcher will save me money in repairs?

Well, while collisions on the highway do occur, I am a bit more worried about when I'm riding around on backroads. On the other hand a deer is just as likely to hit you broadside or land on the hood and do damage to the cab. I dunno, I still think I'm going to forsake the ARB frontend.
