i would pull the rabs codes first if you don't know how to do that check out ken00's tech article on that found at the top of the b2 forum.
if you want to skip all that i would check the hose going from the upper intake to the booster. and check your brake fluid level. while your there check the master cylinder for leaks. if you get the yellow light you have rear antilock problems if you get the red brake light you have front brake problems
rear most of the time is the wheel cylinders that leak out there are rebuilt kits for them too but you can buy them new for 10bucks each at autozone.
