tire rubbing?

tire rubbing?
Ok, We just got my B2 running last week, but haven't had the money to get it plated yet, so I've been just running it around the place to get a feel for it.
Anyway, I've been having trouble with the pass. side front tire rubbing in turns. I first thought it just had too big tires on it, but the drivers side is fine. I turned the wheels straight, and checked the distances to the wheel well on both, and the pass. side tire is a whole inch farther back!
Is this something that can be adjusted out, or a sign of a bent frame or something?

Would the "Radius Arm" have something to do with this?
After crawling around underneath it last night, and looking in the Haynes manual, it looks like it 'might' be adjustable by shuffling those big rubber, spacer things on either side to a different order. (the thick one on the front of the mount, and the thin one on the inside, etc.)
Thoughts?
