just aquired
i have owned a 65 and a 66 ford 2wd, but now i have just got a 66 ford f100 4x4 shortbox. it originally came with a 300 6cyl but it now has a 390 v 8. the wierd thing is that it has the same dash as my 65. is there a reason for this?

The dash on 65 & 66 are the same to the best of my knowledge; the interior difference between 2wd & 4x4 should only be the steering column configuration and possible trans hump section; have also seen difference in seat heights from floor board to base of seat body as well; but dash should be the same...
