Van Exhaust

Hello! I own three Econoline vans and am trying to find a source for either OEM replacement parts or after market exhaust parts, cylinder heades to the rear bumper.Nothing against F series owners but I do not see much for E series owners. Two of my vans have 4.2L V6's,and one has a 4.9L.I'm not looking for high dollor performance stuff, but anything relating to Econoline vans would be very helpfull. That being said I'm not agains't starting with a set of headers and building from there.Any help and info will be appreciated.

THANKS

Isn't the frame under the vans pretty much the same as the truck frames? Either way, I think the Ford vans will use the truck headers. Otherwise get a custome made system from a small independant shop.

One issue with van exhaust is all that space back there in the van - it becomes one giant resonance tube if your muffler puts out any sort of resonance. So you might want to select mufflers which will do their job without resonance. Too loud and it'll just rattle and reverberate in there like crazy. I've heard it a couple of times. Dynamat or some sort of sound-absorbtion material might be able to help...doing it right over and around where the muffler is under the vehicle...

Just my variety of insight.
