Customer Service Isn't Dead
Purchased an ESP Ford warranty from Capper Ford last week and something happened to the application. I called today to find out why I had not received any information about the warranty. Received a call back from Ron Capper and was informed that everything was taken care of. I read about the ESP warranty from Capper Ford on this forum and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in an extended warranty. They have very good pricing and great customer service.
