Hello FTE,
My name is Dieter, I recently purchased a 78 F-250 Crew Cab.
It has a 400 with a 4spd and factory air. In it's current condition
its not much to look at (that's what my wife says) however it is
a truck that I have always wanted and hopefully will enjoy restoring.
I live in Phoenix AZ and would like to hear from anyone in the area
with an old crew cab.

Welcome aboard, Dieter 
I have a '73 F250 Camper Special that's been reliable for well over 800K (with a few adjustments - like 3 engines, 2 trannies, 2 diffs, etc.
), but it has done more than its fair share over the years.
