that sounds like its going to really nice. If I may make one suggestion, you may want to consider 4.10 gears with the 37" tires, I think you'd be more happy with them than 3.73's, but thats just a suggestion. I like the pics of your truck, looks like it means business. I have a 1978 F150 that i'm working on too, I have 33" tires and 4'' lift with 3.50 gears. It needs a fair amount of work on the body though unfortunately.
