Heavy F250 4x4 Frame Difference

The Original frame under my 70 f250 was butchered by previous owners. The truck is the heavy GVW version. I have bought a parts 68 light GVW F250 4x4 for the frame and am making preparations to swap frames. The only obvious differences between the 2 frames is the lack of factory overload brackets on the lighter GVW frame and more bumper bracket holes on the heavy frame. I am removing the brackets from the old frame and hot rivetting them back onto the new frame. I don't know if all the bumper bracket holes are original or not. They are very precise and almost appear factory. The truck came factory equipped with a transfercase PTO and a front winch or something, but these parts were gone when I got the truck. Can anybody tell me if there are supposed to be a half dozen or so 1/2" and 5/8" holes on each frame rail for bumper mounting on the heavy gvw trucks or if they just have the 2 holes as the light frames had????

Also, If anybody has a parts truck heavy F250 4x4 or a lifted truck that doesn't use the overloads anymore I really need the rear 2 riveted overload brackets and would gladly pay for/remove them. Thanks.
Dustin

This is off the subject, but do you have an extra speedometer cable and housing. If so send me a message. Thanks Doug.
