Visually appealing power steering pump?

Hey all,
Does anyone know of an aftermarket company that makes a chrome or something more easy on the eye power steering pump, than stock.
This would be on a 77 F-100 with 460 conversion. Any help would be appreciated.
The stock one looks so unattractive when every other thing in the motor compartment can be shined up:-(

Yes, the Sag style pumps are available in chrome. Check ebay auction #7931481211. You can even get brackets for these out of Lincolns and vans.

Also see auction #7932115973. This says GM but these pumps were used on many older Fords and are far stronger and more reliable than the regular Ford style pumps.

While you have yours off send it out and get it chromed. Typed in Chrome Truck Parts in a Google search the other night. Found a lot of stuff I was having trouble getting for my 400. Can't remember if I saw any pumps. Good luck!

Thanks for the ideas guys.
I have already installed the L & L power steering bracket(which I would like to use) And also most of the ford pumps I have seen have the plastic reservoir on them, making it impossible to chrome. Then to put on a GM sag pump, I also have to crap the L&L bracket and worry about getting the right ends on the lines to the steering box....nothing is ever easy. I have learned through this truck restomod, that I probably will never take on such a project again. The GM guys definately have us beat with aftermarket goodies for ol trucks(70's and 80's)

You can also check March, the pulley people,at www.marchperf.com. They sell a billet pump to go with their brackets.

Well a new Sag alone runs $100 or so . . . that's really not a bad price. I almost bought one myself but came to my senses.

I suppose anything can be chromed if you want it bad enough. FWIW, my 1977 just had its power steering pump replaced (TWICE, because the first rebuilt pump from Schuck's was bad ). My pump is metal, with a round steel reservoir. I have no doubt it could be take apart, polished and chromed. At the moment, I'm glad I have an ugly old work truck, and am not building a shiny pretty truck. I don't think I could afford all the chrome pieces.

Just to suggest alternatives: I have a hunch that anything you can chrome can also be electrostatically powder coated. One might decide on vivid colors, instead of just lots of chrome...

Lane Dexter, I'm going to have to go with you on this one. I used to tinker with old Chevy's. At one point, I had a 72 El Camino SS. I had built up a small block 400 for it. Everything on my engine except for the block was either chrome, or polished aluminum. I spent all my time trying to keep everything clean. Dirty chrome or aluminum looks terrible. Now days, I clean my stuff up realy well, and just paint it. If it gets a little dirty, it doesn't look quite as bad as chrome.

Most of the good plating places will now chrome your plastic pieces also. Not as nice as the metal but if you can find one of them close to you it would be the cheaper choice if you have a pump already.

No...Probably won't..I get ready to go out and buy all of the stuff then come back to my senses.

Here's the solution I made to mount a Saginaw pump on the motorplate in my 76 Hi-boy. No chrome, but may help with ideas. I also use the Saginaw box.

Nice looking setup.

FYI- One of those lower hoses (blue) in the picture looks to be installed incorrectly with a twist in it. Hydraulic hoses can't have twists in them.

Check out the spiral cut wire bundling material available at Wally World or Radio Shack to help protect some of those wires. It is available in black 10' lengths, is easier to work with, and looks better than that corrugated stuff IMHO.
