Is it a IDI or DIT?
My recently purchased '94 F350 was manufactured in 3/94. The turbo cover says "Direct Injection". I was under the impression that factory DIT's weren't produced until after mid 94 and that anything produced in early 94 was a IDI. What's the deal?

Does the truck have a 5spd behind it ?
If so its most likely a DI as the first PSDs only came with a 5spd in 94.
The biggest give away is if the fuel filter is under a black cover its a DI the IDI turbo had a spin on filter on a bracket behind the Alt.
