antenna wire

I have a Thunderbird with a power antenna and am hooking an amp. One question I have is, can I splice in to the Power Antenna wire(blue) for the amp and still use the PA, or where should I connect the remote wire.

You shouild use the other wire for the amp not the power antenta, I did that once on accident and my amp did not work for cd's only for the radio.
