i plan on a cam nothing to crazy aluminum dual plane and headers i was told this engine in stock form is around 250 hp i was hoping for around 300 hp plus an x pipe duel exhaust i hope this should do it

This is a '77 engine, and unless I'm mistaken (look it up to verify), it came with the spread-bore 4300-series Autolite, which is indeed a 750CFM carburetor. It did NOT come with the "Edelbrock" (formerly Carter AFB) 600CFM carburetor as stock.
