Voltage Limiter?

I need help plz!!! I have an 87 Ford Ranger XLT 4X4. Can anyone give me info or tell me where to find info about the Voltage limiter, i know it is behind the dash but i can't find it. any help would be nice...thank ya much

Voltage Limiter?

Are you talking about the device that reduces voltage down to 1.5V to power the instruments and lights for the dash?
