Outside Server Kept FTE
offline for a few hours today.
It appears an independent server to FTE in the Atlanta area was causing problems for FTE today. (Possibly Global Compass or Unknown)
Tracert could only go 11 steps from the usual 13 or 14.

Thanks Dennis. I managed to get in touch with the facility between meetings today and got everything back up. Thanks to everyone for bearing with us, support is tough from a cell phone in windy Vegas.
