What is the correct procedure to go to live chat. Everytime I clik on "live chat" I get this grey box and cannot go any further. Need Help.

Make sure you have Java turned on in your browser and that you use a browser with a good Java implemention (Opera, Netscape, Internet Explorer, NOT AOL).

I have AOL and a AOL browser and it has always worked for me.

Dave, it always comes up, I don't have any problems with AOHELL at all. I run a family web site as well as a mail list. I have all these cousins that can't access the site, or have this problem or that, and most times they are AOHELL users, but like you one will pop up and say I don't have any trouble with it at all.
Don't have any answers, but think it is kinda funny.

I run IE6 and everytime I've tried to get onto the chat line HERE, it appears that I'm the only one there, so I've quit trying.:-X23

Try accessing it from the top bar where all the message boards are, it says "Live Chat" next to "Timestamp" rather than the "Live Chat" from the blue area.
