I am looking forward to going to four springs in the rear this winter. Instead of going every other, my spring guy has told me to just use the four longest springs. 'fenders, I'm hoping mine does like yours did. I don't want to lose more than about 1/2" in height. If I do, I plan on making a 1/4" plate to install between the springs and the axle. John

Jag, my friend did that to his truck. He put a 1/2" plate in and it raised it just enough. I think I'm going to do the four myself. I need to do something with the Ubolt set up. It's what they call very "Mickey Mouse".

Got reversed eye stock type springs on all four corners of my 56 and she sits nice and low, and the ride's not half bad. There's not much give left in the rear however, but no wheel hop when I stomp on it, either.

If I get time this winter I want to put a narrowed 4 linker back there (and a blower on the motor) but that's a whole 'nother story!
