Pedal mod.
Hello everyone!!!
I have been a member for quite some time but havent posted yet.
First off you all have a great deal of info, and I think its great that everyone is so helpful.
I used the above link to try the pedal mod on my 01 4x4 cc psd. I found that the setup on my truck is different than what is shown in the instructions, but I figured what the heck, I will tear it apart and find out whats going on inside my assembly.
I dont have the small "snap action switch" insine of mine. There was a set of 4 "wipers" that were basicly embedded on a small circuit board???!!!
Anyone else run into this yet? If so, what is the best way to handle this problem? I was thinking of calling around and see if I can get one from the bone yard..
My smoker is bone stock except for a "tymar" style intake. ( I fabbed an adapter to fit the stock hose from the turbo to a stock Fram canister filter.)
I will post some pics and some vitals
