Need help identifying Transfercase

Hi there, I own a 9/90 Bronco. The transfercase 4WD shift motor went out, so I went to Ford to get a new one. The VIN tells them that my car is a '91 model, so they asked me for the FITA number on the transmission. Since I did not have the vehicle there, I bought the motor without knowing the FITA number. Today, I tried to find it. There is a plate (heavy metal, on the left side of the transmission, and that is the only place where I can find a FITA number (7E069-BA). It is different from what FORD told me would match the motor they sold me (Ford says it would be 7A195-CA or CB or DA or DB). Is there a way to identify the transfer case better? Will the motor for the '90 model be the correct motor? Thanks for your help! Carl

Why on earth do they need all the silly numbers? The T-case should be a Borg Warner 1356 by my recollection. Its news to me that the shift motor would be any different between model years. Only way it might be different would be if the T-case wasn't the original somehow but it would have to be a pre-87 T-case becasue that is when the electric 1356 was started in the Bronco. But the electronic shift 1356 should take the same shift motor across the board AFAIK. Someone correct me here if I am mistaken.
