got done changing fuel filter, noticed something

I just got done changing my fuel filter and about to change my oil. While I was under my truck, i noticed transmission fluid on the passenger side of the bell housing. Is this common? Also there is water I guess from the air conditioner dripping from the heat sheild above the cats. Are these things something I should be concerned about?

There shouldn't be asny fluid outside of the tranny. It is possible that some may have been spilled when adding some. The dipstick sticks up on the passenger side.
No problem with the a/c dripping on the cat heat shield.

After i posted that, I went out and looked some more and realized that it was old fluid and go the idea that it probably ran down the dipstick when the fluid was changed. Thanks
