B&M Electronic Shift Improve Plus for 1994-1997 Pickups

I just installed The B&M shift improver on my 96 I6 F150 and I don't notice a diffrence. Has anyone else installed one of this things? Did you notice a diffrence with it on. Also how can you tell if it's working?
