Today is my final day in London England, thank God! It's been a long three years and now I'm looking forward to being in the states again, even though it will only be for seven months. Go Navy!

Congratulations DaParm. I am ex Navy. I never was on a ship but I did stay in Korea for 9 months.

 

Peppy, I actually plan on being in your neck of the woods shortly after I return since I'm originally from Marble Falls Texas. I'll make you a trade, Old Speckeled Hen for some good ol' Shiner Bock. You know the cask beer they have over here isn't that bad, it would probably taste a little better if it weren't room temp.

In case anyone else is wondering what cask beer is it's beer that's actaully pumped from a barrel that is stored in the cellar of the pubs (aka bars).

 

I could use a couple bottles of HP sauce (blue label, of course). Man, is that stuff hard to find around here.

 

Pikachu, you plan on having a "HP Fry up?" At least that what they say on the commercials over here. You wouldn't believe how much they butcher the English language over here. I know they started it but we perfected it. Anyway taco becomes tack-o, privacy becomes priv-acy, Martin-nez (Martinez) etc....It drives me crazy.

 

Actually, the stuff is awesome on sausage rolls....
