There won't be any memory codes until you have successfully started the engine at least once.
You should be able to get the 1-1-1 pass code on the first power up, by turning on the key with the STI jumper in place.

Putting in a new eec
Hi guys finally got my rebuilt eec! The direction said to remove the ground from the battery and something about static electricity can fry the EEC. Whats the correct way to put this in correctly( static????) ? Also should I remove the poss. cable off the battery to? Thanks guys!
