Speedo Error

Speedo Error
Got my E350 back on the road and it runs great!!!
Ever since I bought this van the sppedo and odometer has been off aprox 15%(reads too slow and to few miles)....previous owners had installed a rebuilt tranny(EOD)....could they have the wrong speedo gearing in the tranny? Are different drives available for these....on line maybe? Thanks in advance!!

Ford can get them.
Sounds like you have one for about three rear end gears from what you really have.
Do you have a tach in the van?

If you could have given me a speed, RPM and tire size I could have figured out what what gear you speedometer was geared for.
