92 Explorer won't crank!

92 Explorer won't crank!

Nothing will turn on! No lights, no chimes, nothing, won't crank when trying to start. Thought it was the battery, tested it, was at 8.2, charged it to 12.8 and still was a no go, wouldn't even turn on the interior lights. Cleared any gunk we could see off cabels, etc, any ideas?

do you have anything? interior lights, etc.? If not check main fuses, any fuse links, etc. I will try to pull my manual tomorrow and look.

Why was they battery so low? I am suspicious of the battery. Read the voltage of the battery while you try to turn something on.
