For aux backup lights, I bought a cheap set of small lights at Wally World and tied them into my trailer harness reverse wiring.

I also went with the Sylvanias, what a big difference. My next mod is to get ahold of an SUV harness or one from APC so that I can run my hi and lo beams at the same time without burning out my wiring. Also looking at modifying my fog lights to stay on with the hi beams on.

redstar, your lights are identical to mine, 2002. The first real change to these lights were 2002 and they ran through 2004. The SUV harness works for yours as well, plus the Silverstars should be a quick upgrade for you. I'm looking through our sponsors now for the SUV harness and BriteBox.
