Try looking at some local salvage yards for the tow hooks..and for that matter, the receiver hitch as well. Mine already had the tow hooks but I got my receiver from a salvage yard for $75. It was the factory Class3 hitch and the wiring harness for the trailer lights as well with the large 7 pin round plug. Quite the deal. BUt look it over close to make sure there isn't any damage to it.

Hmmm never thought about finding a receiver at a salvage yard. I would assume they are the same size and mount as far as 97-03 and 04 Heritage?

What size/grade of bolts you use on that?

I don't remember the shank size but the heads are 3/4. Buy grade 8 bolts. They are automotive grade for items like the receiver. I got mine at Home Depot. They have a section just for grade 8 bolts. Large washer on the under side to the head of the bolt, on the top side, there is some sort of large flat spacer for each bolt, then a lock washer, then the nut. I found the spacers at a local RV shop. They are about 1/8 inch thick and about 1 1/2 inches by 1 inch. They are used to spread the weight to keep from tearing through the frame. Best thing is to get it from a truck that still has it mounted. Then you get all the mounting hardware too. Just try to find one that isn't too old or too much rust. And yes...97 thru 03.
