Ranger Colors

If anyone who works at Ford reads this, I would love an answer. Rangers come in black, Wedgewood Blue which is just light black, some dark green color which is light green black. Now if my local salesman is correct, the new Tremor Blue will be another light black color. Why won't Ford make any decent blues or greens for the Ranger? If I want a truck that appears black, I'll buy black.

Not sure about current colors, but I have a 1998 in "Bright Atlantic Blue", and its a bold blue!!!

My 98 is a "denim blue" or light metallic baby blue. Haven't seen many like it.

Bright Island Blue was discontinued last fall.

I think the current dark highland green is quite attractive. Much better than than crappy looking bright pea-soup green they offered a few years sgo.

My original post concerns 2002 Colors. Discontinued colors on older trucks have nothing to do with this posting string.

My original color is Sapphire Metallic Blue, which is essentially purple. I ordered it like this, and I love it. I have repainted it in the last two years, and it even looks better now than when it first arrived at the dealership.

2002 edge, bright island blue. They're out there I know because when I got my white one I avoided the blue like the plague.
