air bag & horn

Recently I was in a little fender bender and both of my air bags deployed. I replaced the driver side one but now my horn doesn't work. I thought it might be something with the new airbag but even when I take it out the horn still doesn't work. It blows the fuse evertime. Does anybody have any ideas. Also, where are the airbag sensors located ( 1999 4WD Ranger ). I could really use the help. Thanx.

The Air Bag sensor in in the control module located under the cup holder on the transmission hump. It sounds like the horn or wiring is shorted somewhere, could be because of the fender bender accident. Look for the horn behind the grill, pull the connector and try it again with a new fuse. If it dosen't blow the fuse, it is the horn. If it still blows the fuse, trace the wires back to the wire loom and look for nicks etc.
