Hello Fellow Ford Truckers, Interesting Question For A 4.9 Litre 300. Did Ford Make Different Harmonic Balancers With The Tdc And Key 180 Degree Out?

 

Not that I know of - the ford engineers saw fit to put two timing marks on the same balancer - also there is two sets of timing plates on the 300 - one on the drivers side and one on the passenger side. Use the timing marks on the passenger side and the light timing line on the balancer.
