is installing a 5 point harness in a 75 ford f150 supercab a good idea and where do i mount the top straps

good idea i would weld a single rol bar at the back of the cab (on the inside) and weld a bar 5 or 6 inches above your shoulders while you are setting in the truck. hope you can undersant this and hope it helps
