Is that...structurally safe? I heard if it's unibody, then it's kinda bad. Would I encounter any such problems by cutting the back top off of my Bronco II and adding a roll bar?

B2s aren't unibody, but you do reduce the structural integrity of the roof when you chop. A roll cage is a good idea if you're considering doing a chop. Make sure you post pics of your truck when it's done!
You'll also need to get a tube bender if you want to do it yourself. Another option would be to get a premade one from a place like Jegs - but with one of them, you really can't customize at all.
