ignition

i have the 1st generation of the tfi modules. i am using the engine for a power unit. this mod only has 3 wires and i need to know were they go. (green) (white) (red) i know the red goes to mod back to coil and the green goes to the other side with a jumper that goes back to the ignition switch but where does the white wire go.

What kind of set-up is this(year, engine, etc.). If the distributor does not have a vacuum advance with a connection for a vacuum line, then the ignition will not work properly without the computer and the other sensors that came with the engine. If you don't have a vacuum connection on the dist, your best bet is to get an older duraspark II dist and ignition box that does not require a computer for timing control.
