Steering problem

I have been lurking here and have had a lot of questions answered just by reading the forums. Today I finally registered because I need help.
I drive a 93 F150, 2 wheel drive. Yesterday I had a mechanic change the oil and do the other routine service. I also had a "chirp" under the hood that was fixed by replacing the idler pully. When I got in the truck and left for home I realized that my steering wheel is off close to 45 degrees. By that I mean when I'm driving straight the center spoke is angled to the left. The truck is my daily driver and there was no noticable angle before yesterday. The truck has 111000 miles on it and has never had any front end work. The truck tracks straight with hands off the wheel and I can not feel any play in the steering. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate the help.

Check your steering arms maybe they tried jacking it up by them. Other than that I don't see any other reason for this to happen in one day Unless they did an alighnment and didn't start with the wheel centered.
