fuel pump ?

93 F250, 351w, within the past month the engine is running rough, I believe I have low fuel pressure. How can I check the fuel psi and what are the normal parameters for the psi. Thanks

Key On Engine Off 35 - 45 psi
Key On Engine Running 30 - 40 psi
Test at valve on fuel rail front drivers side.

A fuel pressure test gauge. Availible at AutoZone and other parts houses.
