I've had the problem of my truck getting quiet, then loud and surging at stops since my local dealership swapped out the rear seal and flashed the computer for a "loping after startup problem". Back to the same dealer twice for two new EGR valves. Instead of them swapping it a third time, I swapped dealerships. I told them about FTE and the EBP sensor. Low and behold less than two hours after I dropped it off, the sensor was replaced and it's running great. Mileage at 18.1 over a 520 mile trip yesterday running between 70-80. Up from 16.3 for the same trip. No longer embarased at stops sitting in an awsome looking truck making stupid noises. Anyway can't recommend the dealer in
D'Iberville Ms. but highly recommend the one in Dickson Tn.
P.S. the dealer in Tennessee's diesel mechanic's were not 6.0 certified. Not till they go to school the end of the month.

 

Yep, just like a teacher, the dealer you go to makes a BIG difference in the results you get !!!!
