c6 to a t-18 conversion
Hey all....since the c6 is due a rebuild and I've found a killer deal on a t-18 and the t18 is the tranny I've wanted since day one anyway....why not? Anyway I know the basics:clutch pedal,linkage,pilot bearing...etc. What else do I need to know or prepare for or need to aquire. How difficult is this conversion, do I need to modify the driveshaft,etc. Any help is greatly appreciated. If it helps...my truck is 84 f150 302 c6 4x4....the tranny is from an 87 f250 351w 4x2. Thanks!!!
