Engine to bell housing bolt patterns

Ok all you smart people out there. Which Ford truck engines have the same bolt housing patterns? I'm looking at swapping a 300 for a 351. Will they bolt up the same or are they different?

300,302,351w and 351c all have same pattern.by 351c i mean the 70 to 74 engines.not later 351m.

Thanks. What about tranny's? I've got a 4 spd in there now. Will it handle a 351w? sorry not sure which model of tranny.

Tranny

The 300 will boast quite a bit more torque than the 351W, so I would say that the tranny will hold up.
