Question Oil Pan Replacement

I would have done a search for this but search is not working.

Anyway, I want to know if it is possible to replace the oil pan in an 89 F250 4x4 with a 460 without removing the engine?

Any help/guidance anyone can provide would be great!!!!

As an FYI, the tranny is being removed due to a broken flexplate. Will that make removing the oil pan any easier?

that will make it much easier. the trans case front is what the hangup is on oil pan removal.

Plus with the tranny removed you will be able to lift the motor higher making the removal even easier.
