I ride a '87TRX 310R. It is modded to the max. Me and my friends frequent Pismo Beach dunes about once a month and Dumont about 3 times a year. You can see pics of my quad at
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 25-Feb-02 AT 01:10 PM (EST)]I prefer ATC's I had a 250r with a CR500 engine in it moved like a raped ape took it to glamous 2 times But got rid of it after I was riding in a wash and went to pass my brother in-law and ran into a deep ditch and broke my neck in 2 places. Now I just use my truck off-road
The one time i did ride one, i hit a rut and ran into a tree just off the path lol, i felt dumb, and it wasn't even mine....it was funny....i couldn't get used to the brake being at my foot and not my hands.......cus i used to ride my bike everywhere and anything with handlebars feels like a bike to me.........i dunno maybe im dumb...
I would like to buy a four-wheeler but have no idea what to look for and how much i should be paying. Any suggestions for a good starter quad? Idealy i'd like to pay 1000 or under but i realize it's not a ideal world.
