What year rangers and other truck models have parts that will fit my 1990 4x4 extended cab. Mainly concerned with mechanical.

Since Ford usually reserves major changes to body style changes you can use body style as a general guide but not 100%. Scrapyards usually have a fit guide book if you know what you want.
