New to FTE

Hello all. I am new to FTE, but I know this is the place for answers. Here's my problem. I am losing both the clutch and 1st gear in the 3 speed trans that backs the '61 223 in my '54 F100. Are there any other trans options? Overdrives? Automatics?

Is the tranny from the '61 or the '54? You might need to talk to the guys in the '61-'66 forum. Sorry I can't be of help, but welcome to FTE.
