t-case gasket

on my 91 f150 im putting in a tcase(1356BW slip yoke, elec shift). is there a gasket/seal from the tranny to the case? if there is a gasket, do you need a gasket or can you use form a gasket or some sort of sealant. any help!?

i think its just a lip seal similar to a pinion or output shaft seal. there is usaully one on the t case and one on the trans.

Some Red RTV will be fine between the two.
