47 ford 1/2 ton
I bought a 47 ford pick up and want to use 40 or 41 ford pick up fenders ,hood and grille,has anybody done this ?I thought about the one piece fiberglass front end.

I was browsing through Ebaymotors last night (should have saved the auction link) and there was a '42 or '46 pickup with 40/41 front sheetmetal on it...i/e the hood, fenders, grille...so my guess is, yes it can be done.
Go to ebaymotors.com, click on collector cars, then under the Ford section, select trucks...you'll come across a '42 or '47 as mentioned.
The seller also shows pic's of the '42-47 frontend laying on the ground.
