fuse panel?

Where is the fuse panel? My book says ..Passenger compartment,under the rt hand side of ins, panel.I can't find it..

You have to pull off the trim panel under the instrument panel. If you were sitting in the passenger seat, it is the piece of plastic that you would kick if you swung your right foot outboard. I believe it has the letters "FUSE" embossed on it. Just grap the edge at the front of the vehicle and pull.
