Ok, I’ve read almost all the posts about people and their vibrating trucks and I’m a bit confused. My truck vibrates, but not at any particular speed. It vibrates the same @ 35 mph and @ 75 mph. (The steering wheel vibrates, the pedals vibrate, even the passenger side seat vibrates.) Now, I’m not talking about a massive, “chainsaw” vibrating (like a truck that needs a seriously alignment job), just enough to be more than annoying, especially after spending $22k on a new truck that only has 2500 miles on it. I’m assuming that this isn’t related to everyone else’s vibrating issues because everyone else complains about vibrations only at certain speeds. (Or am I understanding that wrong)
Also, sitting at idle, the engine idles rough. (It hasn’t stalled or anything just shakes the truck a bit)

You should do a search in this forum for vibration. There have been numerous threads. So far there hasn't been a real fix. I have the same problem, but mine develops around 45. Mine is not a real violent vibe either, but it is definitely annoying. It's a shame because this truck is so smmoth and quiet at other speeds.
I have had a ring and pinion gar replaced and a new driveshaft. The driveshaft has improved, but I still feel a small vibe.
Have any of you tried having your tires balanced / rotated? It sounds like that may be an issue. My truck was delivered with a vibe, and when they rotated and balanced my tires, it went away.
I just bought an 04 F150 Screw FX4 on Friday. When I ask the dealer about the vibration problem he said that the only ones that have come back to him (2) were early production models with Goodyear tires. He said there is a fix for the vibration, first balance the tires, if not it then replace driveshaft and pinnion gears in the rear end. Mine has over 460 miles on it and no vibration. It has BFGoodrich tires with a build date of 4/04.
